Withdrawals
Withdrawals
At pkpk tbk, withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad or Rocket generally take 10 to 45 minutes to complete. Processing time depends on the bank or mobile wallet's own network. If your account verification is complete, requests are usually settled faster.
The minimum withdrawal amount at pkpk tbk is ৳1,000. The same limit applies across all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Before withdrawing, make sure your balance is equal to or greater than this amount.
Yes, pkpk tbk's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can request withdrawals at night or on Fridays and Saturdays. However, bank transfers may take a little longer due to banking schedules. bKash, Nagad and Rocket are available at all times.
Yes. Under pkpk tbk's security policy, withdrawals can only be made to a wallet or bank account registered in the player's own name. Transfers to bKash, Nagad or Rocket numbers registered in someone else's name are not allowed. This is required to prevent fraud and protect accounts.
To withdraw winnings from the pkpk tbk welcome bonus (200% bonus, up to ৳8,000), you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, your balance becomes ৳3,000 and you must complete wagering of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before you can withdraw the bonus and any winnings.
If your withdrawal has not arrived within 45 minutes, contact pkpk tbk's 24/7 live chat or email support. Providing the transaction ID and the date and time will help the support team resolve the issue quickly. Reading the responsible gaming guidelines will also clarify all account-related rules.
Cricket
Cricket Betting
pkpk tbk cricket betting offers markets including Match Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs (Over/Under), Runs per Over, Innings Total and Player Performance. These markets are most popular for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international matches.
Decimal odds are the simplest format. Say Team A has odds of 1.45 and Team B has odds of 2.75. If you bet ৳1,000 on Team B and they win, you get back ৳2,750 (including ৳1,750 profit); if Team A wins, you lose ৳1,000. Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a higher potential return.
If a match produces no result due to rain or any other reason, pkpk tbk generally voids the bets for that match and refunds the stake. However, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, bets are settled. For specific rules, see the terms and conditions.
Yes, pkpk tbk lets you bet on all major domestic and international cricket tournaments, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. During the season, there is almost always at least one match open for betting every day.
In live in-play betting, odds change in real time while the match is in progress. Odds update quickly when a wicket falls, a big over is bowled or pitch conditions change. At pkpk tbk, you can bet on live matches directly from the pkpk tbk Bet section. Decisions need to be made fast, as odds can change at any moment.
A multi bet combines several selections, so the potential return is much higher. Example: if three selections have odds of 1.60, 1.70 and 1.90, the combined odds are 1.60 × 1.70 × 1.90 = 5.17 (approximately). So a ৳100 bet would return ৳517 — but only if all selections win; lose even one and the entire ৳100 is lost.
Casino
Casino and Table Games
In baccarat, you bet on one of three options: Player, Banker or Tie. The hand with points closest to 9 wins. Card values are straightforward: A=1, 2–9 at face value, 10 and face cards = 0. Live baccarat tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are available at pkpk tbk Casino.
Yes, both Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are available at pkpk tbk. In Teen Patti you build the best hand from three cards; in Andar Bahar a joker card is revealed and you bet on whether a card of the same value will land on the "Andar" or "Bahar" pile. Both games are especially popular in the South Asian market.
In roulette a wheel with numbers 0 to 36 is spun (European Roulette has no 00). You place bets on a specific number, colour (red/black), a group of numbers or odd/even. If the ball lands on your chosen number or category, you win. A straight-up bet on a single number pays the most (35:1).
In live dealer games, a trained dealer deals cards or spins a roulette wheel from a real studio via video stream. You watch in real time on screen and can also chat. pkpk tbk has tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, which gives you a real casino atmosphere — from home.
Yes, pkpk tbk's live casino runs smoothly on both mobile browser and app. A stable internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi) is enough to watch the live stream on both Android and iOS devices. Live casino tables in the pkpk tbk App are optimised for mobile screens.
RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total bets returned to players over the long term. For example: Mahjong Ways 2 has a maximum RTP of 96.95% and Fortune Tiger has a maximum RTP of 96.81%. A higher RTP means theoretically fewer losses over the long term. You can find high-RTP games in the pkpk tbk slots section.
